Uncal is a calendar booking application used to create scheduling links, check calendar availability, and manage bookings. This policy explains what information Uncal processes and how it is used.
Uncal may process account profile information such as names, email addresses, timezone settings, team membership, scheduling link settings, booking details, invitee names and email addresses, contact notes, workflow email content, and audit or operational logs needed to run the service.
When a user connects Google Calendar, Uncal uses Google OAuth tokens to read calendar busy times, show availability, create booking events on the user's primary calendar, create Google Meet links when requested, and remove calendar events when bookings are cancelled. Uncal does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Uncal stores Google OAuth tokens in encrypted form so it can continue syncing availability and bookings until the user disconnects the calendar or access is revoked in Google.
Information is used to authenticate users, operate scheduling links, calculate availability, create and cancel bookings, send booking-related emails, support team administration, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Booking details may be shared with meeting hosts, invitees, connected calendar providers, and email delivery providers as needed to operate the service. Uncal does not sell personal information.
Users can disconnect Google Calendar from settings. Administrators can remove users and manage team data. Booking and contact data is retained while needed to provide the service, comply with operational needs, or until deleted by an authorized user.
Uncal uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted storage for Google Calendar tokens. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but access to calendar data is limited to the functions needed to provide scheduling.
